1. About us
Everyday Rahat ("we", "us") operates this website and sells general wellness and personal-care products in India. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products
Our Soothing Massage Gel and Portable EMS Muscle Stimulator are wellness and personal-care products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, under medical treatment, have a heart condition, use a pacemaker, have epilepsy, or have broken or sensitive skin. Do the patch test described on the product page before first use.

3. Who can order
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Orders from minors must be made with a parent's or guardian's consent.

4. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, bundles and offers may change at any time. The price shown when your order is confirmed is the price charged.

5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is a request to buy. We confirm accepted orders on WhatsApp, email or SMS. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including incorrect product or pricing information, out-of-stock items, suspected fraudulent or repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery orders, or delivery addresses we cannot service. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order.

6. Payment
Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pin codes. UPI and card payments are available at checkout. COD is a convenience, not a right: we may ask for prepaid or partial payment for addresses with a history of refused deliveries.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel any time before your order is dispatched at no cost. After dispatch you may refuse the delivery; the parcel returns to us and the order is closed. See our Return and refund policy for what happens next.

8. Prohibited use
You agree not to place fake or malicious orders, not to misuse Cash on Delivery by ordering and refusing delivery as a pattern, not to scrape or copy our content, and not to resell products bought from us as your own.

9. Communications
By ordering you agree to receive transactional messages about your order on WhatsApp, SMS and email. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.

10. Our content
All text, images, logos and product media on this site belong to Everyday Rahat and may not be reused without written permission.

11. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather or other events outside our control.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our place of business in India.
