Shipping policy

Where we ship
Everyday Rahat ships across India, including Jammu & Kashmir, through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at present.

Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time
Most orders reach within 3-7 working days from dispatch. Remote or pin-code-restricted areas can take 7-10 working days.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders placed on this store. There are no hidden handling or fuel charges.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available on serviceable pin codes. At the time of delivery you can pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI.

Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, the courier name and tracking link are sent to you on WhatsApp and by email. For any status update, write to rahateveryday@gmail.com with your order number.

Delivery attempts and returns
Our courier partner attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail because the address or phone number is unreachable, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled automatically. The product amount is refunded; you are not charged for a delivery that never happened.

Non-delivery claims
Claims for non-delivery or wrong-item delivery must be raised within 7 days of the promised delivery date, with photos of the parcel wherever possible.

Who actually ships your order
We are a drop-ship store, so your parcel is packed and dispatched straight from our verified supplier and warehouse partners. The sender name and address printed on your label may therefore be a partner facility rather than Everyday Rahat. This is normal, and it does not affect your delivery, warranty or refund claim.
